Reasonable calories for sandwich or salad. I think salsa rather than mayo would have worked??? Will try that next.

Recipe Ingredients for Bev's Tuna Salad

12 oz albacore tuna, packed in water, drained
2 eggs, boiled and chopped
1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup celery, chopped fine
1/4 medium apple, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Bev's Tuna Salad

Mix it altogether. Spice it up to your liking. I added some Mrs. Dash's lemon pepper spice.
