Recipe Ingredients for Bev's sweet potatoe souffle 1984

3 cup sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1/3 c butter
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 c chopped pecans
1/3 c melted butter

Recipe Directions for Bev's sweet potatoe souffle 1984

  1. Combine 40 oz can sweet potatoes with juice, with 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/3 cup melted butter, 1 c sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla in Kitchen Aide mixture. Pour into 9 x 12 casserole.

  2. For topping add 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 c flour, 1 C chopped pecans, 1/3 c melted butter. Add to top of sweet potatoe mixture.

  3. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 mins
