A more diet version of my favorite dip... substitute carrot, etc. sticks for crusty french bread rounds. It might make an OK lunch someday.

Recipe Ingredients for Bev's Spinach Artichoke Dip

8 oz. fat free cream cheese, softened
14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained
20 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Bev's Spinach Artichoke Dip

Chop the artichokes roughly, mix with the other ingredients and bake at 350 F for about 30 min... until bubbly.
