Recipe Ingredients for Bev's Carrot Muffins

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup bran flakes
1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
3/4 cup egg whites
3 cups carrots, coarsely chopped
