Recipe Ingredients for Bev

2 lbs. Cabbage
4 medium Onions
4 clove closes Garlic
1 lb. Celery
1 Peppers, Sweet, Green
28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
3 Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
1 lb. Carrots
2 Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
8 oz. Turnip
1 cup Parsley
1 teaspoon Basil, Fresh
1 pinch Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
11 oz. Low Sodium V8 100% Vegetable Juice
32 oz. Joubere Vegetable Stock
2 gallons Water
2 1/2 cup No Salt Added Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Bev

put in big pot, bring to boil, put on lid and lower heat to simmer -- cook several hours... the program refuses to let me put 2 bays leaves in... so do that and any other spices you'd like
