Recipe Ingredients for Betty's Creamy Parmesan Spinach

20 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well-drained
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Betty's Creamy Parmesan Spinach

  1. In a medium bowl, beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese until fluffy.

  2. Stir in 1/4 cup milk, until fairly smooth.

  3. Place the 20 ounces of cooked, drained spinach in a 1-quart casserole.

  4. Pour the cream cheese/milk mixture over the cooked spinach.

  5. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 20 minutes.

  7. Serve immediately while hot.
