Recipe Ingredients for Betty's Bruschetta Topping

2 tomatoes, large, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c basil, chopped
2 T. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
135 grams French baguette, sliced

Recipe Directions for Betty's Bruschetta Topping

Mix chopped tomatoes with salt, half the basil and thyme, and garlic. Place in colander to drain for 30 minutes. When moisture has drained, transfer tomato mixture to a bowl and stir in remaining herbs and 3 tablespoons of the olive oil. Toast the baguette slices drizzle with remaining olive oil.
