2/3 cups shortening
3 cups zucchini, shredded
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
3 1/3 cups flour
2 tsps baking soda
1 1/2 tsps salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
2 tsps vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
2/3 cups raisins
