0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.25 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Betty Crocker Favourite Muffins

  1. Set oven to 400F

  2. Beat egg

  3. Stir in sugar and oil

  4. Add the rest of ingredients until flour is just wet (should be lumpy)

  5. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full

  6. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown

  7. Makes 1 dozen muffins
