180 g Authentic Cornbread and Muffin Mix
2 tbsp margarine
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Betty Crocker Cornbread

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease or spray sides and bottom of 8 x 8 pan.

  2. Stir muffin mix, milk, melted margarin, and egg beaters just until moistened. Mix will be lumpy. Spread batter into pan.

  3. Bake 16 - 18 minutes or until golden brown.
