switched out some meat for bulger, baked meatballs instead of frying them,

1/3 cup bulgur
1/2 c hot water
4 ounces lean beef, ground
4 ounces italian sausage
1 medium onion, grated
2 egg whites
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 t oregano
1/4 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 c bread crumbs
1/2 c fresh basil
1 lb whole wheat spaghetti
1/2 c parmesan, grated
5 lbs tomatoes
1/4 c fresh basil
2 small onions, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 t dried oregano
1/8 t pepper
1/8 t salt
