Recipe Ingredients for Better For You Cornbread

2 cups cornmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup unbleached flour
1/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup egg whites
2 cups fat free yogurt

Recipe Directions for Better For You Cornbread

  1. Lightly grease 13 x 9 baking dish and preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add yogurt and egg whites, mix just until combined. Pour into prepared pan.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until center springs back when pressed lightly.
