Took the original recipe and used Turkey bacon instead of regular bacon, splenda instead of sugar, and omitted the canola oil.

Recipe Ingredients for Better for you Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

3 cups Broccoli
4 cups Cauliflower
6 ounces Turkey Bacon
1/2 cup Red Onion, minced
3 ounces Sunflower Seeds
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Light
1/3 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup Splenda

Recipe Directions for Better for you Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

  1. Mix first five ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Whisk together last three ingredients. Pour over vegetable mixture. Mix well. Chill.
