Yummy and healthier than the original Apple Crisp

Recipe Ingredients for Better for You Apple Crisp

6 medium apples, sliced
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup egg substitute

Recipe Directions for Better for You Apple Crisp

  1. Place apples into a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with sugar, half of cinnamon and lemon juice.

  2. Mix flour, sgar, salt and baking powder. Drop egg into dry mix. Stir with a fork until well mixed and crumbly. Spread over apples and top with remaining cinnamon.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
