1 cup almond meal
2 cups oatmeal
1 cup raisins
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar

Recipe Directions for a better version of the two point raisin oatmeal muffins

  1. whip wet ingredients together plus the sugar

  2. mix dry ingredients

  3. add wet to dry

  4. babe 350 for approx 15 mins

  5. drop by tablespoon into 24 muffin pan
