Recipe Ingredients for Better-Than-Takeout-Vegan-Stirfry

3 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 cup Shredded Carrots
16 oz Extra Firm Tofu
0.33 cup Cornstarch
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
2 clove Garlic
1 cup Vegetable Stock
0.25 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for Better-Than-Takeout-Vegan-Stirfry

  1. Steam broccoli and carrots

  2. Dice tofu and coat with cornstarch

  3. Fry in oil and set aside after browned

  4. Heat green onion garlic and Ginger until soft. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  5. Combine 1 tablespoon of cornstarch h and 2 tablespoon water and mix into sauce to thicken

  6. Add the cooked tofu and steamed broccoli and carrots

  7. Stir fry for a few minutes until all coated and heated

  8. Serve over rice if desired
