Recipe Ingredients for better taco

8 Hand Made Style Corn Tortillas
1/2 lb Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 cup chunky salsa
3/4 teaspoon olive oil
3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 cup fat free milk
1 cup shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chilli powder
2 cups romain lettuce
1/2 tomato
1 cup refried beans

Recipe Directions for better taco

  1. brown meat

  2. add in salsa and cheese once browned

  3. add in tbsp of pepper and tbsp of chili powder

  4. warm tortilla's and add lettuce and tomatos
