Makes 4 servings



I used 1 cup lobster mushrooms & 1 cup chantrelles

Recipe Ingredients for Better seafood chowder

4 ounces cooked salmon
10 ounces shrimp
2 tbsp butter
2 cups mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup beef stock
1 ounce heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp garam masala

Recipe Directions for Better seafood chowder

  1. Boil shrimp in beef stock, drain & reserve stock. Melt 1 Tbsp butter & sautee finely chopped cauliflower until browned & soft. Season with salt. Add finely chopped Lobster mushrooms & garlic & sautee until soft. Reserve 1/2 mixture & pour remainder into a blender. Add the stock, garam masala & the cream & puree.

  2. Meanwhile add 1 Tbsp butter to pan. Sautee chantrelles until golden & slightly crisp. Add shrimp, salmon & pureed mixture. Allow to meld & enjoy.
