no idea if this will work subbed 1/2 cup oats for 1/2 cup applesauce and 1 banana for yogurt

Recipe Ingredients for better flourless banana muffin

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup sugar free syrup
1 bananas
5 oz Nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoons baking powder
3 egg white

Recipe Directions for better flourless banana muffin

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease muffin tins, or use muffin liners.

  2. 2. In large bowl, combine applesauce, 1 egg, syrup, bananas, and vanilla until smooth. Add cinnamon if desired. Mix in oats, baking powder, and salt. Fill muffin liners halfway with batter. Sprinkle with sugar or sugar substitute on top if desired.

  3. 3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are light brown.
