By combining some veggies in with your traditional hamburger patties, you can kill two birds with one stone and have a tasty burger to boot!

Recipe Ingredients for Better Burgers

1 lb ground beef 93% lean
1 yellow pepper
3 large mushrooms
1 tsp hot sauce (your choice)
2 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 large egg
1 tsp Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Better Burgers

  1. Place mushrooms and pepper in food processor and grind until chopped finely.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl and knead until well blended. Separate into six patties.

  3. Cook on stove top with medium heat or use outdoor grill until done to preference.

  4. Enjoy!

  5. Caution, the hot sauce you choose may make your burgers spicy!
