Recipe Ingredients for Better Blueberry Pancakes

1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. oat flour
1 egg white
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. vanilla
1/2 c. blueberries
1/4 c. sugar free syrup

Recipe Directions for Better Blueberry Pancakes

Combine all but blueberries and syrup. Whisk together. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir in blueberries. Cook on pancake griddle at 350 degrees, pour syrup over and enjoy.
