wholesome favorite/ whole grain/gluten free sweet and moist bread makes awesome cupcakes

Recipe Ingredients for Better Banana Bread

3 egg whitess
3 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup oil
2 cups banana
1 1/2 cup applesauce (no sugar added)
2 3/4 cups whole grain flour
1/4 cup flax meal
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt

Recipe Directions for Better Banana Bread

  1. mix eggs, vanilla, oil, sugar, banana and applesauce

  2. add to mixture, flour, flax, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt

  3. bake at 350* for 1 hour in two loaf pans or

  4. 25 minutes in cup cake tins

  5. makes about 30 cupcakes
