Recipe Ingredients for Beth's Homemade Hummus

16 ounces chick peas (canned)
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Beth's Homemade Hummus

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor.

  2. Puree until desired consistency is reached.

  3. If consistency is too thick, add some of the liquid from the can of chickpeas for a more spreadable hummus. Blend until mixed well.
