5 cups spinach
1 medium banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup ice
1/2 serving Premium Nutrition Protein Shake

Recipe Directions for Beth's Green Monster

  1. *Tip: Have banana sliced, then frozen before you prepare the shake. If not, a fresh sliced banana will do.

  2. Blend banana, peanut butter, ice, and protein shake.

  3. Add in spinach one cup at a time.

  4. Add more ice/water if needed to help with the blending process.
