Shrimp with an Alfredo/Bernaise/Hollandaise/French combination. Great by itself, or throw in some House Foods Tofu Shirataki noodles for an extra 20 calories per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Bethany's Shrimp Aisee

21 g Laughing Cow cheese wedge
1/4 cup white wine
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp Promise Spread
1/4 lb. shrimp
1/8 cup parmesan cheese
1/8 cup egg beaters

Recipe Directions for Bethany's Shrimp Aisee

  1. Combine egg beaters, parmesan cheese, promis spread, lemon juice, wine, and Laughing Cow wedge in a pan.

  2. Heat on medium until ingredients begin to melt and merge. Whisk until smooth, and change heat to simmer. Sauce will thicken.

  3. Drain and rinse 8 oz. of the House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles. Fettuccini works best for this, but the spaghetti-style or angel hair will work as well.

  4. Boiling the noodles is optional - you can also heat them in the microwave. Boiling in broth allows the noodles to absorb the flavor and makes the meal a bit more three-dimensional.

  5. Drain noodles and combine in pan with sauce and shrimp. Toss to coat, and serve.
