Wheat pancakes that are so good you'll never want to return to enriched white flour pancakes!

Recipe Ingredients for Best Wheat Pancakes

1 1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup barley flour
1/4 cup flaxseed, ground
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/8 tsp. almond (optional)
1 1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Best Wheat Pancakes

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. Mix wet ingredients.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix.

  4. Cook on Medium/Medium-Low heat. Will make 20-24 small pancakes.
