28 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds
1 cup Beans, Navy, Mature Seeds
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 cup, chopped Onions
3 cup Asparagus
2 cup, chopped Carrots
3 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
4 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Best Veggie Stew

  1. must soak beans for 24 hours

  2. drain beans and cook on low heat for 3 hours

  3. chop all other veggies and add to beans in a large pot

  4. cook on low for two more hours
