1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 cup Alfalfa Seeds, Sprouted
1 small Onions
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 tbsp Ranch Dressing
4 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Recipe Directions for The Best Veggie Sandwich Recipe

  1. 1. Preheat oven to broil.

  2. 2. Place each muffin open-faced on a cookie sheet. Spread each half with mashed avocado; place halves close together. Distributing ingredients evenly, cover each half with sprouts, tomatoes, onion, dressing, sesame seeds and cheese.
