Recipe Ingredients for The Best Spareribs - Crockpot

4 lbs pork ribs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 cup barbeque sauce
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/4 salt
1/8 pepper

Recipe Directions for The Best Spareribs - Crockpot

  1. Cut ribs into serving-sized pieces and place, meat side up, on broiler rack. Broil for 3-4 minutes or until ribs brown.

  2. In large saucepan, heat olive oile over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes. Add reminaing ingredients and bring to a simmer.

  3. Place ribs in crockpot and pour sauce over. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until ribs are cooked and tender.

  4. Remove ribs and crockpot, add cornstarch (mixed with water) to sauce to thicken. Stir. Pour over ribs.
