Recipe Ingredients for BEST PANCAKES YOU EVER ATE

1 cup (Archer Farms) Vanilla Almond Milk
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp Sugar in the Raw
2 tbsp baking powder
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp (Archer Farms) Vanilla Almond Milk

Recipe Directions for BEST PANCAKES YOU EVER ATE

  1. Mix oil, egg and 1 cup of milk.

  2. (Cook book says to "Add dry ingredients." I made a bit of a change here as listed below.)

  3. Mix together the flour, salt, and sugar.

  4. Mix the baking powder into the milk with a whisk and let set 2 seconds. [Cookbook ingredient list reads, "2 Tbsp. baking powder (no joke, 2 Tbsp.)"]

  5. Add the dry ingredient mixture.

  6. Add 2 more Tablespoons milk and mix well with a whisk.

  7. Fry on a griddle (350 degrees) until bubbles

  8. * Alternative: exchange some flour for equal amount of flax seed oil- caution this may cause burning.

  9. *Alt 2 exchange vegetable oil for olive oil
