1 cup oats
1 cup flour
1 cup raisins
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp Splenda

  1. Mix dry ingredients, mix wet.

  2. Spoon into mini muffin cups.

  3. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes
