Meatballs with Stove Top Stuffing

Recipe Ingredients for The Best Meatballs

2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 1/4 cups water
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for The Best Meatballs

  1. Mix beef, stuffing, water and eggs. Roll into balls with 1/4 cup. Place on cookie sheets that have been lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Bake on 400 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes.

  2. These can be frozen in a zip-lock back for up to 3 months.
