This marinade is great with chicken too! I use 2 1lb pork tenderloins.

Recipe Ingredients for Best Marinated Pork Tenderloin

2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/8 c olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c soy sauce
1 tbsp oregano
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Best Marinated Pork Tenderloin

  1. Combine all ingredients, except pork, in a gallon ziploc bag. Add pork and marinate from 1 hour to overnight. Longer is better.

  2. Remove from marinade and brown each side in a non stick pan.

  3. Put in a 9x13 pan and bake at 400 for 30min or until internal temp reaches 155. Let rest for 5 min before slicing.
