Light and fluffy pancakes...better than out of a box.

Recipe Ingredients for Best Homemade Panckaes

1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tbsp butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Best Homemade Panckaes

  1. Add dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to incorporate.

  2. Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients.

  3. Slowly add melted butter as you whisk.

  4. Heat electric skillet to 300 degrees.

  5. drop in small 1/8 cup portions onto the hot skillet.

  6. Heat until bubbles start to form on the tops of the pancakes.

  7. Flip and cook 1-2 minutes on the other side until brown.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
