Recipe Ingredients for Best Healthy Omlette

4 egg whites
2 tblsp Fat free cottage cheese
4 tblsp green salsa
1 green onion
1 tsp salt
3 tblsp cilantro
1 tsp skim milk

Recipe Directions for Best Healthy Omlette

  1. Crack 4 egg whites into a bowl and whip with milk, cilantro, half of the green onion, shooped, salt and cracked pepper untill combined. I sometimes add half a yolk for the protein

  2. Spray a non-stick skillet and pour egg into pan. Move the eggs around untill half way to the point that you like the insides of your omlette. Spread cottage cheese and remaining green onion on one side of the pan.

  3. Wait untill top is almost set. Flip the half without filling onto the other and let set for about another 30 seconds.

  4. Pull from the pan and cover with fresh tomatilla salsa. YUM!
