1/4 cup Buckwheat Flour
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/4 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/4 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 large Egg, Whole
1/2 large Egg, White
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 1/2 medium Green Zucchini

Recipe Directions for Best Healthified Zucchini Bread

Mix flour, flax, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, oil and applesauce separately, then mix into dry ingredients. Add zucchini and walnuts and mix well. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
