Hot, creamy dip perfect for the occasional treat (cheat days). Makes about 4 cups of dip. I put number of servings at 16, which is 1/4 c per serving because 2 tbsp is just not enough! This dip is SOOO good! Great served with blue corn tortilla chips and salsa.

Recipe Ingredients for Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip

1 Can Artichoke
4 oz Friendly Farms Light Sour Cream
8 oz Olive Oil Mayonnaise
4 oz Cream Cheese Light
2 package (10 oz) yields(220 g) Spinach
4 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 clove Garlic
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Thaw spinach and squeeze out extra liquid.

  2. Drain artichokes and give them a rough chop.

  3. Finely mince garlic or use a microplane.

  4. Seed and finely mince jalapeno.

  5. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayo.

  6. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

  7. Turn into a glass baking dish. Spread evenly.

  8. Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
