Recipe Ingredients for Best Ever Meatloaf

2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
3 slices bread, crumbled

Meatloaf:
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef

Topping:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Recipe Directions for Best Ever Meatloaf

  1. Beat eggs, milk, and bread. Stir in other ingredients.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

  3. Drain fat, then pour topping over and bake for 30 more minutes.
