Delicious and sure to impress company or your family any night of the week! This recipe can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and takes only 10 - 15 minutes on the grill. The key to the best flank steak is to not overcook it. Rare to Medium at the most will make for a delicious and tender experience! This steak is also delicious served the next day on a bed of your favourite greens or in a sandwich topped with roasted red pepper and goat cheese!!

Recipe Ingredients for Best Ever Flank Pepper Steak

2 lbs flank steak
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Coarse Black Pepper
2 tablespoons celery seed
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 cloves garlic minced

Recipe Directions for Best Ever Flank Pepper Steak

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients together in a shallow glass dish big enough to hold the flank steak. Once all ingredients are blended add the steak and work the marinade into the steak with fingers turning several times. Cover and refrigerate steak for 4 to 24 hours. Bring steak to room temperature before grilling on medium to high heat for 6 to 8 minutes a side depending on thickness.

  2. Remove from grill and loosely tent with foil for 10 . minutes. Cut steak very thinly across the grain and serve.
