Recipe Ingredients for Best ever cinnamon rolls (6 pts)

4 1/2 cups flour
1 pkg yeast
1 cup 2% milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tbs cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup pecans
1 tbs corn syrup
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tbs milk

Recipe Directions for Best ever cinnamon rolls (6 pts)

  1. Heat until butter begins to melt:

  2. 1 cup milk, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup butter

  3. add to the mixer: (or bread machine)

  4. milk mixture

  5. 2 cups flour - then add the remaining flour in stages as you mix.

  6. Mix eggs one at a time until all three are added

  7. Set aside to rise in warm area

  8. Filling:

  9. in food processor mix until crumbly -

  10. 3/4 cup brown sugar

  11. 1/4 cup flour

  12. 1 tbs cinnamon

  13. 1/2 cup butter and nuts

  14. Roll out dough and spread the filling on top - roll into a large roll and then cut into 1 1/2" slices. Put in pan to raise for 1 hour then bake.

  15. Glaze: 1 tbs corn syrup, 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 1 tbs milk. Drizzle over hot cinnamon rolls.
