Yummy Low Sugar, High Fibre Blueberry Banana Bread

Recipe Ingredients for Best Ever Blueberry Banana bread

1 1/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 large Egg, beaten
3 tsp Canola Oil
2 Egg Whites
1/4 cup Sour Cream
3 Bananas, very ripe
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Blueberries

Recipe Directions for Best Ever Blueberry Banana bread

  1. Preheat Oven to 350.

  2. Combine Flour, Sugar, Salt, Baking Soda and Baking Powder in a bowl.

  3. Beat Whole Egg, Eggs Whites, Canola Oil and Sour Cream then mix with dry ingredients.

  4. Mash banana and combine with wet/dry mixture.

  5. Mix in Rolled Oats.

  6. Fold in Blueberries.

  7. Pour Mixture into greased loaf pan.

  8. Bake for 45-60 mins.
