1 link Organic Chicken and Apple Sausage
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup Asparagus
1 wedge (1.33 oz) Feta Cheese
3/4 cup Yellow Squash
1 cup Parsley
1 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil

  1. This one is EASY!

  2. Sauce:

  3. Take the following ingredients and put them in a food processor. Garlic, Parsley, and Olive oil, add a pinch of salt and pepper. Process until they make a paste.

  4. Main dish:

  5. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables, turn your grill to med/high. Add the sausages, as well as the vegetables. Grill until they have nice grill marks, remove from heat. Cut vegetables and sausage to consistent size. Toss the vegetables and sausage in a mixing bowl, adding your sauce as sprinkle feta cheese over the top.

  6. Bread:

  7. Grill the bread until crispy, slice and serve with the main dish.
