adapted from Martha Stewart - so far I've just used part whole wheat flour. I think I'll try to reduce the butter and sugar, too. Maybe switch to oil.

2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
3 cups buttermilk
4 tbs. butter, melted

Mix it up & cook. Serve with something healthy like fresh berries or applesauce. Or cook berries or bananas into the batter.
