Recipe Ingredients for Best Blueberry Muffins

1 3/4 cup flour
1 tbsp Davis baking powder (18369)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup lowfat milk (1082)
1/4 cup salted butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen, thawed and drained

Recipe Directions for Best Blueberry Muffins

Preheat oven to 375 F. Butter muffin tins for 12 muffins. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add the egg, milk and butter, mixing lightly. Coat blueberries with the ¼ cup of flour then add. Stir till flour mixture is dampened. Spoon into muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
