Recipe Ingredients for BEST Basic Blueberry Muffins

3 cups self-rising flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup canola oil
2 eggs
2/3 cup 2% milk
2 cups frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for BEST Basic Blueberry Muffins

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line muffin tins.

  2. Combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.

  3. Blend oil, egg and milk.

  4. COmbine with four mixture.

  5. Fold in blueberries. GENTLY.

  6. Fill muffin cups, sprinkle with strudel.

  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
