Recipe Ingredients for Best Banana Muffins

1.125 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.375 cup Applesauce
3 fl oz Ligh Vanilla Soymilk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.25 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
0.17 bar 1.45 oz Special Dark Chocolate Bar
0.5 tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Best Banana Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl

  2. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl

  3. Stir dry mix into wet mix until *just* combined. Add water if batter is too thick.

  4. Pour into greased muffin cups

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes. Insert toothpick to check for done-ness.
