Recipe Ingredients for besan ladoo

1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups chickpea flour
2 tablespoons grated dried coconut
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup brown sugar

Recipe Directions for besan ladoo

  1. melt the butter in heavy bottomed frying pan over low heat add flour coconut nuts and nutmeg...cook , stir for 5 mins. and sugar and cook for 10 - 15 mins or until golden brown.

  2. scrape into marble surface or countertop..while hot...when cool enough to handle..roll into 24 balls, or cut into squares.
