Yummy smoothie perfect for breakfast! The berries make it an appetizing purple color instead of the dark green usually found with spinach smoothies.

Recipe Ingredients for Berry Yummy Spinach Smoothie

2 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Carrots
8 oz Apple 100% Juice Punch Blend
1 cup Raspberries
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Blackberries
8 oz meijer lowfat vanilla yogurt
6 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1 fruit without refuse Mangos

Recipe Directions for Berry Yummy Spinach Smoothie

  1. Combine the spinach, fruit juice, and flax seed meal and blend until liquified

  2. Add the chopped carrots and blend

  3. Add the 3 C berries and blend

  4. Add the chopped mango and blend

  5. Add the 1 C of yogurt and blend until smooth

  6. Makes about 6 cups

  7. The flax seed meal adds lots of fiber and healthy omega 3's to make this a well balanced meal
