Recipe Ingredients for Berry yogurt smoothies

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
2 small bananas, chopped coarse
1 1/2 cup plain yogurt, fat free
1/2 cup apple juice
2 tbs sugar

Recipe Directions for Berry yogurt smoothies

Pulse all ingredients in blender until berries begin to break down, about 5 pulses, then blend on high until completely smooth.
