Frozen or fresh berries with walnuts

Recipe Ingredients for berry walnut muffins

5 ounces light cream cheese
1/3 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 egg whites
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for berry walnut muffins

  1. in large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg whites, egg, buttermilk and vanilla. Mix well. Combine flour, bakinf powder, baking soda . mix and fold in the berries and walnuts.

  2. Fill paper lined muffin cups bake at 350 degrees for 20-24 minutes Cool 5 minutes and enjoy!
